General Terms and Conditions

Rezervation

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. After verification of your credit card or advance payment to our transaction account, your reservation is valid until 12.00 on the day of your arrival. 

In the case of a confirmed reservation, your credit card will be automatically charged on the day of the booking in the total amount of the reservation.

The price for an overnight stay includes VAT but does not include tourist tax which will be charged later for all days of your accommodation.  Cost calculation includes prices which were confirmed at the time of the booking.

If you want to change or modify your booking, we are pleased to assist to your every need. Moving your booking to a new date is free charge, depending on availability.

Every cancellation of the booking shall be in writing. The cancellation shall take effect upon its receipt via our online system, e-mail or personally in writing.  We recommend that insurance is purchased at the time of booking to insure against possible cancellation costs.

We reserve the right to refuse your booking and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, adjust or modify your reservation. If we need to cancel, adjust or modify your booking, we will do our best to offer you an alternative option. In case you do not accept our alternative offer, we will refund your money in full.

If the number of persons in our accommodation exceeds the number indicated in the reservation, we take the liberty to turn down the guests.  In the event of an unpaid or early departure, we may charge a fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay, with the exception of force majeure events (death, natural disaster, etc.).

 

House Rules

For security reasons, you will be asked to present a valid identification documents when checking-in on the site.

We respectfully request that our guests do not smoke in the rooms.

Pets: out of respect for guests with animal allergies, your pets will need to stay at home or be kept in a different accommodation.

Our guests are kindly requested to take care of the cleanliness in the rooms during their stay.  We provide the final cleaning of the rooms.

 In the event that you leave the room in a very bad condition, we are entitled to charge an extra EUR 160.00 to cover the costs.

We reserve the right and you authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for the payment of any damages (including cleaning) that occurred on our property or in our premises during your stay and also for all of our items that may be missing or damaged at your departure.

 

Responsibility

We are in no way directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage of your property or personal injuries that may arise in any way during your stay (except personal injuries arising directly from the gross negligence of our company). The entire liability of our company cannot exceed the value of our reciprocal contract.

 If there are any defects or injuries in our premises or on our property, we expect you to inform us immediately and allow us to resolve the issue in due time. We reserve the right to enter the premises on our property in due time and for justified reasons, especially in case of an urgent maintenance work.

 

Universal Regulations

We reserve the right to change or terminate our reciprocal contract at any time and any instance if this is necessary due to force majeure or any other issue that we do not have any influence on. In this case, we will refund your money in full. Our responsibility is limited only to the refund of your deposit. We are not liable for any other damage. 

These general terms and conditions apply to the Slovenian legislation. The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.

 

The general terms and conditions shall enter into force at the moment when we receive your booking via our online system or e-mail.
